Call-outs are completely free in Slough and anywhere within a 15-mile radius. For locations beyond 15 miles, a small fair call-out fee will apply—we’ll confirm this with you before booking.
Do you offer any warranty?
Includes a 3-month warranty. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
Is it safe to repair my phone in a van?
Absolutely. Our van is a custom-built mobile repair workshop, fitted with professional tools, anti-static mats, and everything needed to carry out safe and high-quality repairs—just like a proper repair shop, but mobile.
What if my phone can’t be fixed on-site?
If your device needs a more advanced repair that we can’t complete on-site, we’ll:
