Note: The above callout charge includes a full diagnostic and repair attempt. If the repair requires additional parts, we will provide a clear quote before proceeding. Labour for fitting parts is usually included in the original charge if completed during the same visit.

- Evening or Emergency Appointments: May be subject to a small surcharge depending on availability and location.
No Fix – No Further Charge
If we are unable to repair the appliance due to parts being unavailable or beyond economical repair, the diagnostic fee still applies — but you are never pressured into further costs.
