Thorough and trustworthy. I was able to get a same day appointment. The technician listened to my explanation of the issues I was having with my dryer. He then did a full diagnosis, to include taking the dryer apart, checking the vents, checking the electrical components, checking the mechanical components, etc. He determined that the dryer was fine, and that the vent line to the roof was most likely the problem. He also left the area cleaner than what it was before he arrived. I really appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty.

What a delightful experience! Mr. Jeff came in with little booties on his shoes, very professional, and went straight to work on my dishwasher. I honestly wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix it, but he did. He found the problem right away and very cheerfully Repaired it and it works. I highly recommend this company for your home appliance repair!!!

Contacted Jeff at 8am and with in a hour or so he arrived, quickly diagnosed both problems with my LG refrigerator. By 10:45 he had the parts replaced and saved me from having to purchase another refrigerator. Same one at Lowe’s is $2900. I highly recommend Jeff and his services.
